To send your music or audio for Mastering do it uncompressed!
First of all, do not normalize the mixes before mastering. We do not want the music to go through any process that can degrade the signal, especially over-compression or limiting, since in many cases is very difficult to go back.
Always record in 24 bits
Give your mixes breathing space and be amazed at how much better sound to be mastered, the volume we ask to our customers is between -12 and -9dBfs reference.
For the mastering of a project, we accept mixes in any of the following formats:
1. ProTools session with files up to 32 bit resolution, and sample rate between 44.1 and 192 KHz
(Via pen drive, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or external hard drive with FireWire connections, USB 2 or USB 3).
Make your bounces in 24-bit stereo interleaved WAV and the sampling rate you have worked your project (44.1, 48, etc.) is preferable Interleaved to split mono, because it guarantees the stereo or multichannel synchronicity.
2. The working project can be sent over the Internet to and from anywhere in the world. The easier and faster to do it is to use the free services available via the Web.
To send audio through Internet is the equivalent to transport it in any other format. Just be careful to use uncompressed audio formats. WAV, AIFF, SDII or other type "lossless" with a sample rate between 44.1 and 192 KHz via WeTransfer, Dropbox or similar.
Some customers choose, for safety, buy an external disk and copy there the mixes and send us that hard disk
3. CD-AUDIO (Red Book-compatible) in 16-bit, 44.1 KHz.
CD mastering take us one day and a half of work to be fully done (considering a 10 hours per day). Our delivery time is up to 48 working hours after we receive the material.

En primer lugar, NO NORMALICE sus mezclas antes de Masterizar. No queremos que la música pase por ningún proceso que pueda degradar la señal, especialmente sobre-compresión o limitación, ya que en muchos casos es muy difícil volver atrás.

Dé a sus mezclas espacio para respirar y se sorprenderá de cuánto mejor suenan al ser masterizadas, el nivel de volumen que pedimos a nuestros clientes es entre -12 y -9dBfs como referencia.
Para el mastering de un proyecto, aceptamos las mezclas en cualquiera de los siguientes formatos:

Enviar audio por Internet equivale a transportarlo en cualquier otro formato. Sólo hay que tener la precaución de utilizar formatos de audio sin compresión. Archivos WAV, AIFF, SDII u otro del tipo "lossless" hasta bits de resolución y sample rate entre 44.1 y 192 KHz vía WeTransfer, Dropbox o similar.

La masterización de un CD se realiza en forma completa en 1 jornada y media de trabajo (considerando unas 10 horas de trabajo por jornada). Nuestro tiempo de entrega es de hasta 48 horas hábiles a partir de que se reciba el material.
